As a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about empowering children to achieve their highest potential. Understanding the unique needs of each child is crucial, and I strive to integrate all aspects of their lives to support their development and independence. My goal is to create a supportive environment where every child can thrive and fulfil their dreams in their own way.
I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a love for working with families and children holistically. I have worked primarily with NDIS participants. I have supported neurodiverse children and youth, children and youth with behaviours, ABI, ID, chromosomal deletions, a history of trauma, sensory processing disorder, and global developmental delays. I can also prescribe simple paediatric AT such as car seats and manual wheelchairs.
I am DIR Floortime-certified and have completed the following training: Ayres Sensory Integration, Zones of Regulation, Traffic Jam in my Brain and Building New Pathways trauma informed practice program. I am committed to practicing a neuro-affirming approach to therapy and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to build the child's capacity.
